Gidgett Oliver

I am thrilled to join the Poplar Ridge School community and build lasting relationships with students, staff, and families. With experience in childcare since 1997, I have spent the last eight years as an Educational Assistant with Red Deer Catholic and Chinooks Edge school divisions, most recently at Fox Run School.

For the past eleven years, I’ve called Sylvan Lake home, alongside my husband, my son and daughter, both in high school now, our two dogs and a sassy cat. I’m all about crafting, leisurely strolls by the lake, family game and movie nights, and traveling the world.

I can hardly wait for this school year and all the thrilling adventures that await, the new memories I’ll gather, and the fantastic people I’ll meet at Poplar Ridge. Go Polar Bears!
